Just thought I would write you guys a letter to say how happy I was with the customer service provided for my repairs to the caravan under insurance with CIL, that you carried out.
Firstly, you managed to expedite the claim process without any hassles whatsoever, which is also a credit to the CIL Insurance process as well.
Cheryl kept me informed throughout the process via email, my preferred method of contact which was great.
Secondly, the projected finish date for the caravan repairs was spot on to the day that impressed me as well.
On picking the caravan up after the excellent repair job which you replaced several damage panels to the R/H side of van, along with a new window, the caravan was washed and as clean as when I left it with you 10 days ago. Andrew even checked the brakes and wheel bearing at no extra cost, as I was referred by another happy customer.
Finally, Andrew was extremely helpful and even pulled out the gal spray can and touched up a gas bottle holder that was looking a little rusty.

We just wanted to thank you and your staff for the general service and repairs undertaken to our Van during our time of need. Whilst the Service and safety checks were required for our extended trip, the other repairs and heater installation were completed to meet our scheduled departure and just work a treat.
The Fridge in particular is working perfectly now, and our new diesel heater is just wonderful during the cooler nights this time of year. Looking forward to using this next winter.

Re: Damage to my Concept Caravan
I just wanted to send you a note to thank you and your staff for the repairs carried out to our Caravan prior to the Easter Break when we were aware you had little time to “scratch yourselves” as it were….
Whilst the damage to our Caravan wasn’t severe, it was nevertheless dangerous and unsightly. It was just like new after the repair was completed and in hindsight we shouldn’t have waited over 12 months to have the repair rectified, rather in future make contact with you to arrange a quick fix.
Can you pass on our gratitude to your staff as we certainly appreciate what was achieved during a traumatic time for us and look forward to catch up when our next service is due.
I was so impressed by your willingness to go above the call of duty to help us in our time of need - and not only once! It is service like this which means you have our business forever! Thank you so much!
